I'm having trouble placing an order, what can I do?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do offer worldwide shipping! If for any reason your location is not showing as available please reach out to us at info@chalbury.com and our team will assist you with this.

Do your prices include taxes and import charges?

Our GBP prices are inclusive of UK VAT. If you are an international customer UK VAT will not be charged but you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, handling/clearance fees which may be levied by your country on receipt.

Do you offer any discounts?

We try to keep our prices as low as possible whilst still maintaining our quality. As such we do not offer discount codes or have sale items.

How do I create a return?

We can arrange pre-paid returns labels for our UK customers for ease of return. These are £5.99 which is deducted from your refund amount. We can offer the same service for our international customers, the cost of which will be the same as our outward shipping rate.
