Exchanges and Returns

We hope that you will be thrilled with your new purchase, but we understand that some things are just not right for everyone. You may cancel your purchase with us at any time up to and including the fourteenth working day after the day on which the Product is delivered to you. To do this you must notify us by email at info@chalbury.com including your order number and confirming whether you require an exchange or refund.

We can arrange pre-paid returns labels for our UK customers for ease of return. These are
£5.99 which is then deducted from your refund amount. We can offer the same service with our international courier, the cost of which will be the same as our outward shipping rate. It is
imperative that you obtain a receipt when shipping your return as we are unable to provide a
refund for lost or missing parcels without this. If you would prefer to arrange your own returns label or courier, we advise you to do so using a delivery service that requires a signature, as we are unable to provide a refund for returned items that have not been registered as received by us.

Returned products and packaging must be received back to us undamaged and unused
condition. Please do not tape or affix any labels to our packaging including our boxes, other
than our outer postal boxes which may be reused. We will process your refund to the card used when placing your order as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of receipt of your return. Returns will not be accepted outside of our 14 day returns period. Please ensure that you inspect the Products to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as this will affect your right to an exchange or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I return at item that I purchased at an event?
Yes, you can exchange or return any Product purchased at an event to us online in accordance with our usual exchange or refund policy. Please retain your receipt as we are only able to offer an exchange or return where you have this – a bank statement showing a Chalbury transaction will not be accepted.

Can I exchange or return an item that I purchased online at an event?
Items purchased online must be returned using our pre-paid Royal Mail postal service.
